Cancellation / Amendment Policy

Please read carefully the cancellation and amendment policy for each of the services provided at Sacred Story.

Note: an admin fee of £2 is administered covering the fees set through our payment platform where a refund is granted.

Refundable with a minimum of 1 weeks notice.

To amend the time and or date a minimum of 48 hours notice is required.

Switching to a Zoom session at short notice can be offered to all in-person bookings.

A minimum of 4 weeks cancellation notice for refund.

Refundable up to 24 hours after booking only -unless booked one day before event.

Transfer to another immersion may be possible if space is available and where a minimum of 7 days notice given.

Refundable up to 24 hours after booking only - unless booked one day before start date.

Transfer to another course may be possible if space is available and where a minimum of 21 days notice given.

A minimum of 1 weeks cancellation notice for full refund.
