    Exploring the breath, movements and postures to invigorate the systems of the body and bringing back a sense of balance to the mind.

    A blend of strong, gentle and restorative poses.

    5 students maximum.

    NOTE: no class 26th March

    Soft, slow, fluid + rhythmic movements to unwind in every sense. This is a somatics class and tends to be mostly lying down and with little props. Recommended for everyone and those who wish to restore ease, reduce burnout, experience inflammation, possibly pain and nurture agency and connection to their body. A gentle yet profound practice.

    4 students maximum.

    5 week course £80 | 10 week course £130 | Single class £18

    In person at Sacred Story

    Remedial. A strengthening and grounding practice. Exploring careful alignment that is right for you. This class uses props to inform the body of where space + steadiness can be cultivated. This class will often feature some ‘somatic style’ movements + flows. Postures are mostly held aiding concentration and moving one towards meditation. Helpful for those working with injuries, wanting to improve posture, experience stability and promote strength.

    5 students maximum.

    Suitable for those with experience.

Classes are small, friendly and intimate, giving opportunity to receive very clear instruction, ask questions and enjoy more personalised practices.

Tiffany teaches with the Brighton Natural Health Foundation where she guides weekly therapeutic classes including a weekly Chair Yoga class on Zoom for anyone facing chronic health challenges and a weekly gentle community class in Hangleton.
